NOT TO BE MISSED! This hands on class led by Executive Chef Iain Graham, will teach participants how to make the following delicious canapés and mini dishes:
Quinoa, Jicama and Kohlrabi – a citrus ceviche of shaved crisp vegetables served on crisp quinoa with soused onions and fresh herbs
Lombardia Bresaika Rocket and Tallegio - Italian cured beef fillet wrapped around mature cheese and wild rocket leaves
Seared Orkney Scallop with Garden Peas and Tamworth Bacon – scallop with pea puree, cured bacon lardons and sauce vierge
Fennel Apple and Burrata - grilled courgette with apple julienne, fennel and Burrata salad
