Culinary skills were fine tuned by xpert tuition from MasterChef experts in small group classes. Sessions were limited to just 12 participants, and tickets cost £10 per person (Show admission ticket also required).

Where possible the BBC Good Food Shows use humanely reared meats, free-range chickens and eggs and sustainably-sourced fish within the Show Theatres. We also encourage our exhibitors to use the same products when they exhibit. Within our theatres and cookery masterclasses we shop as economically as we can and try and reduce our food waste as much as possible.
