Lasan, found in the prestigious Georgian St Paul’s Square in Birmingham, is a popular and acclaimed modern Indian restaurant. The contemporary surrounds and authentic, fresh food make it the perfect place for business or social occasions. Lasan’s menu, created by the award-winning chef Aktar Islam, boasts light and delicious traditional dishes with an imaginative twist. Favourites include the Goan Fish Curry - Goan style cod cooked in onion, tomato and coconut milk; and Mans Ke Shooley - smoked lamb marinated in yoghurt and mustard oil cooked in tandoor. Lasan prides itself on its classic, high-quality ingredients, so it’s probably best not to ask the staff for a Chicken Tikka. You might be told to tikka off
