BBC Good Food Show Birmingham is gourmet heaven with celebrity chefs, book signings, fantastic food sampling, wine, spirits and beer tasting, Slow Food masterclasses, cookery demos, and so much more...
To secure your place in theatre sessions, tasting workshops and more, call the box office to add on to your booking. These popular sessions sell quickly so don't miss out, book in advance.
If you book a ticket that includes a seat in one of our theatres, please make sure you arrive at the theatre 15 minutes before the start time.

Avoid the queues - Our cash machines are in great demand, so pick up your cash before getting to the Show.
Cash points inside and outside the Natwest Bank by Hall 4.
Natwest cash point opposite Hall 8 by Atrium 2 entrance.
There are also four other portable cash machines in the Atrium. There is a charge for using these machines. They are located adjacent to Hall 6 entrance and opposite Food to You, which is located near to Hall 6 entrance, by Concourse Suites 1 & 2 and opposite Hall 18.
Show Merchandise - Visit one of our merchandise stands where you can purchase an official limited edition Show trolley, Show bag, or drink tasting glass and holder.
Shop & Drop - Make your shopping easier by leaving your purchases at the Shop and Drop facility - they're clearly marked on the map. Don't forget to collect them on the way out!
Celebrity Book Signing - Visit the 'Book People' and get you favourite cook book signed by the chefs themselves.
Recharge Your Mobile Phone - You can also recharge your mobile phone during the day at one of the recharging units sponsored by Direct Digital Media - these can be found at various points around the show.![]()
Travel information - Make sure you check the travel conditions before you go! Visit www.highways.gov.uk/trafficinfo for up to the minute information or tune in to 1386am for live traffic information within a 5 mile radius of the NEC when on your way!

Pandemic Policy
If you have swine flu and are unable to attend the show, we will honour your ticket to attend next year’s show instead on production of a medical certificate from your doctor.
