So here's some advice from the MasterChef LIVE! team to make sure you make the most of your day.

If you have a ticket that includes a seat in one of our theatres, please make sure you arrive at the theatre 10 minutes before the start time.

 Navigate your way around the Show with the You Are Here boards sponsored by Nescafe Dolce Gusto

Avoid the queues - our cash machines are in great demand, so pick up your cash before getting to the Show.

Show Merchandise - Visit one of our merchandise stands where you can purchase an official limited edition Show trolley, Show bag, or drink tasting glass and holder. Show merchandise starts from £5.

Shop & Drop - Make your shopping that much easier by leaving your purchases at the Shop and Drop facility - they're clearly marked on the map. Don't forget to collect them on the way out!

Dining Currency - you can book your dining currency in advance so no need to queue on the day. 1 DC (dining currency) = £1. Dishes cost between 3-6 DCs

 

 

Pandemic Policy

If you have swine flu and are unable to attend the show, we will honour your ticket to attend next year’s show instead on production of a medical certificate from your doctor.  Please write to us with your booking reference number and attaching a copy of your medical certificate to BBC Good Food Shows, Haymarket Exhibitions, Teddington Studios, Broom Road, Teddington, Middlesex, TW11 9BE or email: ginny.braynsmith@haymarket.com.
