Pheasants' Hill Farm Kitchen started with the experiment of mother and daughter, Janis and Julia. The pair had been trying to discover how to make the absolutely best burgers with the delicious Irish Moiled Beef which they sell at their farm in County Down Northern Ireland until finally, 13 years ago, they created their first classic Irish Moiled beef Burger. Since having their neighbours taste their first beef burgers, their efforts haven't stopped. This led to the creation of other wonderful flavours of chorizo pork and venison burgers, and now two scrumptious vegetarian and vegan burgers. Click here to find out more.

Husband and wife team of Eugene and Lorna O’Boyle from Castlewellan, Co Down have lovingly converted a Rice Beaufort vintage horsebox into a mobile coffee trailer. It serves Bró Coffee which uses only the finest hand-picked beans that ensure the coffee has the exact characteristics that will allow the perfect flavour and aroma profiles to develop to their full potential during the roasting process. The coffee is roasted in small batches in Co Down with a Bró specific roasting profile which is ideal for barista style coffee. To maintain the superior quality of their drinks they also serve Belfast boutique blender, Suki Tea, who ethically source and blend juicy, loose leaf teas, herbal infusions and fruit blends from all over the world.
