What are the opening and closing times for the show?accordian title

How much are tickets for the BBC Good Food Show Birmingham, Summer?accordian title

Standard Adult advance tickets are - £25.50 (£26.50 on Saturday). Please see the Ticket Price page for details on additional ticket types.

I have lost my tickets what do I do?accordian title

You can contact The Ticket Factory by filling in the form here or by calling them on 0333 300 3010. Please have ready the email address or name you booked under or your order number if you have it.

What is the fulfilment fee and when does it apply?accordian title

The fulfilment fee is charged per order, not related to the number of tickets purchased. Fulfilment fees are not applicable to orders of only additional ‘add-ons’, such as theatre sessions added to your booking at a later date.




The Fulfilment Fee contributes to the cost of delivering the tickets, whether it is through the post, electronically or collecting at the venue. The fulfilment fee also contributes to other operational costs and overheads associated with ticket fulfilment e.g. ticket stock administration and inventory control, ticket stock/stationery, collection facilities and postage and/or packaging costs.

Do you have special rates for children?accordian title

Children aged 0 – 5 are free every day but should sit on an adult’s lap in the Supertheatre. If a Supertheatre seat is required a ticket must be purchased by calling 0844 581 1360. Children aged 6 – 17 are charged at the child rate on Saturday and Sunday only (Super ticket £3, Gold £6).

Is there an age limit to enter the show?accordian title

Under 18s are admitted to the show accompanied by an adult.

In accordance with the law, visitors aged under 18 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drink products or knives. It is the attending adult’s responsibility to ensure visitors aged under 18 are aware and comply with these laws for the duration of their visit to the Show.

Children under 12 are not permitted to attend the show as VIP’s.

Is there a crèche facility?accordian title

There is a parenting room available daily for visitors with babies, for changing, quiet time and food heating.

Does my ticket include a seat in the Supertheatre? accordian title

‘Super’ tickets include a seat in the Supertheatre. Any-Day tickets do not include a Supertheare seat.

If I am a disabled visitor or require special assistance seating in the Supertheatre, how do I get in touch?accordian title

Supertheatre seating is available for disabled visitors or visitors with special requirements. Visitors should book these theatre seats by calling the Box Office to ensure the best possible seating arrangements. Please call the Box office and explain you require special assistance seating and they will be able to ensure this is arranged. The Ticket Factory can be contacted on 0844 338 0338. Calls cost 7p per minute plus your phone company’s access charge. Lines are open from 8am to 10pm, seven days a week.

Can I book more than one Supertheatre seat? accordian title

Prior to the Show you are only able to book one Supertheatre seat, however when arriving at the Show please ask the Box Office about last minute availability for £3/seat.

I am registered disabled do I get a concessionary ticket?accordian title

Any visitor who is registered disabled is able to claim a free ticket for a carer to accompany them to the Show. If you call the Box Office, this can also be arranged for you. Unfortunately you are unable to do this online.

When will my tickets arrive?accordian title

If you selected a print at home ticket you should receive these by email straight away. If you opt for tickets to be sent by post, they should arrive no later than 2 weeks before the show. If you book within one week of the show, you must collect tickets from the Box Office or select Print at Home tickets.

Are there are discounts on group bookings?accordian title

Groups of eight or more get discounted tickets based on the size of the group, and benefit from FREE organiser tickets too. A group starts from just 8 people. Click for more information about group visits or call 0800 358 0058.

Can I bring a school group?accordian title

There are no school group options at the BBC Good Food Show Birmingham, Summer. School groups are advised to book special School Tickets for BBC Gardeners’ World Live, which include a seat in the BBC Gardeners’ World Live Theatre. Please call our group bookings line on 0800 358 0058 or email

Can I purchase tickets on the day?accordian title

Yes. Tickets are available on the door, but do cost more than advance tickets.


To avoid disappointment and to get the best choice of Supertheatre seat book in advance – and it’s cheaper! Supertheatre seats are subject to availability on the day.

Is there parking at The NEC?accordian title

The NEC has numerous car parks that are more broadly categorised into North, East, South and West with over 20,000 onsite parking spaces. The NEC has a £12 car parking charge.

On your arrival at the NEC, traffic officers will direct you to the most convenient parking area for your event, however being such a large site with a number of entrances, it is recommended that you refer to The NEC Site Map before your arrival to avoid adding time to your journey.

The NEC has designated car park spaces for visitors with disabilities, displaying blue badges, charged at £12/day per car.

How do I gain entry into BBC Gardeners’ World Live?accordian title

BBC Gardeners’ World Live runs alongside the BBC Good Food Show. Ticket includes entry to both shows – that’s two shows for the price of one! There are no barriers between shows, so you are free to wander between the shows at your leisure.

How do I get a Showguide?accordian title

Showguides are available on the day only, for £1 per copy. Group and VIP Visitors receive a complimentary Showguide as part of their day out

Are dogs permitted to the Show? accordian title

Unfortunately dogs are not permitted to the Show, with the exception of Guide or Assistance Dogs.

Can I bring my own book to get it signed by the chefs?accordian title

We highly advise you purchase your books onsite at the event to ensure they get signed.

Can I bring my own food and drink to the Show?accordian title

Yes you can bring your own food and drink to the Show, however there are many restaurants and vendors we would love you to try instead!

Is there anywhere to store my shopping bags? accordian title

Yes we have an NEC Cloakroom (charged) and a Shop & Drop area (suggested charity donation) at the Show.
