This workshop will teach you how to handroll lasagne, make simple shapes including farfalle and trofi pasta all made from one ball of dough!  Also, incorporating herb leaves by rolling them between pasta sheets. In this impressive workshop you'll learn how to make your own flavoured spirit. By infusing vodka with home-grown raspberries, you'll create an impressive spirit to either give as the perfect gift or to keep for yourself. Plus, get top tips and advice on growing berries in your own garden!

Discover the diversity of the nasturtium plant in this masterclass, ideal for food and garden lovers’! You’ll learn how to make tasty dishes using the leaves, buds and flowers, making the most of this fantastic ingredient. Create a pickle to finish at home from the buds of the plant. Plus, learn how to stuff the flowers with a tasty cream cheese mixture and whip up a pesto from the leaves – the perfect appetiser for a summer party!
