Rachel Margetts accordian title

Rachel is the creator of the Cook Healthy brand, she is UK Registered Dietitian (RD) and busy mum of two gorgeous girls. Rachel designs and delivers cookery sessions and nutrition education programmes for a range of groups plus 'Farm to Fork' clubs. See her LIVE in the Summer Kitchen on Thursday 14 June.

Sophie Claessens accordian title

Sophie is an HCPC registered dietitian with experience in a variety of dietetic areas within and outside of the NHS, specialising in Weight Management and Mental Health.  As a member of the BDA’s media spokesperson team, she is regularly commenting on relevant topics to ensure accurate, evidence-based dietary advice reaches the general public via media wherever possible. Dr Duane Mellor accordian title

Duane has been a dietitian for over 20 years, and has worked in the NHS and in universities. He has worked in universities in the UK and Australia. His research areas are linked to diabetes and evidence linking food and nutrition to health claims including debunking claims relating to superfoods. He enjoys writing both research and media articles, having over 40 research papers in various academic journals and over 20 articles published through The Conversation and Spectator Online. He is also a media spokesperson and is a board member for the British Dietetic Association. He enjoys a range of cooking, believing a key way of improving health through diet involves cooking fresh food which takes great and is fun to make and eat. Paul McArdle accordian title

Paul is a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced registered health professional. With over 16 years experience working in the NHS, most of that time as a diabetes specialist and leading a successful team of dietitians. Paul has undertaken a number of voluntary roles to support the advancement of the profession and to improve care for people with diabetes. These include roles on the Professional Practice Board of the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and Committee membership of the BDA's Specialist Diabetes Group, during which time he was co-author of the UK Nutrition Guidelines for Diabetes.
