We're really excited that Digbeth Dining Club will be bringing along a selection of their street food traders to the Show!

Digbeth Dining Club is the multi award winning street food event that has become a hit in Birmingham and leading the alternative food scene, operating every Friday and Saturday night from 5pm til late along Lower Trinity Street in Digbeth. Find out more about them here

Meet the traders you can find at the Show...


PietanicPietanic is a pop-up gourmet pie shop in 'Claude', a converted Citroen H van, serving up handmade recipes to pie lovers across the UK. The menu includes a selection of delcious pies:

Steak & Ale
Chicken, Chorizo & Butterbean
Chicken Balti
Bacon Cheeseburger Pie
Sweet potato, Goats Cheese & Spinach (v)
Smokey Bean (v)
Saag Paneer (v)

All served with skin on mash, gravy & crispy onions.


Boo-Fes Italian

Boo FesWe are Carla and Matteo, we are Italian and we love our traditions. We have always seen our grandma cooking Polenta and we would like to spread it throughout the UK.

Polenta is one of the most popular and typical dishes of Northern Italy. It's cooked cornmeal that can be eaten hot (our traditional Polenta) or fried.

Our Polenta is made from the top quality products. Our cornmeal comes from a small family owned business that uses the ancient process of stone grinding. This process ensures the integrity of corn that keeps its natural characteristics and its precious components. It is totally gluten free, healthy and low fat.

A taster of what you can expect...

Polenta chips or potato gnocchi served with:
-meatballs in tomato sauce
-mixed fresh veggies
-pesto cream sauce
-gorgonzola cheese fondue.

Lasagna alla polenta.


HabenerosHabaneros look to provide ethical, healthy, fresh and quality Mexican street food to the people of Birmingham. We’ve been hitting various food shows / festivals and street food
events round the Midlands  wrapping & rolling the finest burritos for la gente (the people)!

All of our food is prepared from fresh ingredients (no nasty preservatives or additives), ethically sourced (where possible local produce) and cooked fresh every day. Our meats are supplied from a local farm (19gales) who only use free range meats, which delivers the best natural flavours for your food.

All of our sauces are homemade using chilli’s that have been imported from Mexico, but then combined with local produce to deliver our great flavours. There’s the special Habanero Hot Sauce, just a drizzle adds great sweet spicy flavour, and if your feeling brave just ask for MUCHO MAS (Much more!). Our sweet chilli salsa combines smoky chipotle chilli flavours with lime & free-trade brown sugar to give that great flavour.

We want you to decide what goes in your food, so you get to choose exactly what you want from a long, loooonnng list of great fresh ingredients. It can be as healthy or as guilty as you want it. And if you want a little more of something, just ask.
