As Magazines Editor, Keith runs Good Food and its other publications Easy Cook and the Good Food Home Cooking Series. He is a skilled home cook who takes on Good Food’s monthly Cookbook challenge which has seen him making cheese and curing his own bacon. His passion for cooking developed when he was a stay-at-home dad to his three young children. They’re now 17, 15 and 12, but Keith still batch-cooks for them every weekend, and makes dinner for his wife every night!
