Lotte has been hosting the Interview/Good Food Stage at the BBC Good Food Shows since 2012 and has great fun chatting to all the chefs and experts in front of the live audience. She quickly makes them feel at home and the interviews are always lively, fun and relaxed.

She can be seen across all channels and is one of the resident chefs on Food Network UK first appearing in 2010 when she went to New York to film ‘Chopped’.

Lotte is Patron, Director and one of two organisers of Thame Food Festival. In its tenth year, the festival has grown enormously and an estimated 28,000 people visit. It has now expanded and runs over two dates - a great opportunity to buy both local and national artisan food amongst many other features.

2011/12 Lotte was one of the main judges for the OFM (Observer Food Monthly) Awards and The World Bread Awards – and since 2015 Lotte has judged for the Great Taste Awards.

Her cookery book – Lotte’s Country Kitchen was published by Absolute Press in 2010
