How much are tickets for the BBC Good Food Show Winter?accordian title

I have lost my tickets what do I do?accordian title

You can contact the SEE Customer Service Team. Please have ready the email address or name you booked under or your order number if you have it.

What is the transaction fee and when does it apply?accordian title

The transaction fee covers the costs of processing your order, producing your tickets, and in the case of postal delivery, the packing and delivery of the tickets to you. The fee applies to postal, print at home and e-tickets to cover the costs of: credit card fees; ticketing technology; onsite scanning staff; customer services and administration, all of which are involved in the processing, production and issuing of your tickets. The transaction fee applies per order not per ticket. For example, if you purchase six tickets, you only pay one transaction fee.

Do you have special rates for children?accordian title

Under 5s go free, children aged 5-15 are charged at a child rate. Visit our Ticket Information page for further details. Tickets now on sale!

Is there an age limit to enter the show?accordian title

Under 18s are admitted to the Show accompanied by an adult.

In accordance with the law, visitors aged under 18 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drink products or knives. It is the attending adult’s responsibility to ensure visitors aged under 18 are aware and comply with these laws for the duration of their visit to the Show.

Children under 12 are not permitted to attend the show as VIP’s.

Is there a crèche facility?accordian title

There is no crèche facility at the BBC Good Food Show Winter. 

Booking tickets for disabled visitors and wheelchair usersaccordian title

All disabled visitors attending the BBC Good Food Show are advised to inform the Box Office operators at the time of booking tickets if they require a wheelchair space, or have any special requirements. They will also help you find the most convenient seating for visually impaired visitors and will have details of the days and times of demonstrations with sign language interpreters. Please note that all ticket sales are allocated on a first come first serve basis.

I am registered disabled, do I get a concessionary ticket?accordian title

Any visitor who is registered disabled is able to claim a free ticket for a carer to accompany them to the Show. If you have already booked your ticket and want to request a carer ticket, please email [email protected] with your name, order number and the reason for requesting a carer ticket.

A carer ticket accompanying a VIP ticket holder will not receive all of the extra benefits in the VIP package. However carers who require the full package will pay a reduced rate.

If the Show is postponed or cancelled, will I get a refund?accordian title

With restrictions easing, we are looking forward to welcoming you back to our events.

We will be following all government guidelines and legislation to ensure that our events are as safe as possible, and our events will only proceed if it is deemed safe by the government and the Chief Medical Officer – with the necessary and required COVID-19 safety protocols in place.

Should circumstances dictate that we cannot run an event our Book with Confidence Promise means that you can transfer your ticket to a future event or receive a refund*.

In the event that you are unable to attend due to any Covid-19 Government regulation or restriction that does not result in the cancellation of the event and introduced after the purchase date of 17/09/2021 e.g. vaccine passports, your ticket will be transferred to a future event, and cannot be refunded after the purchase.

*Refunds exclude transaction fee and See Refund Protection cost, where purchased.

Why isn't my Tesco Clubcard Voucher working?accordian title

Tickets are not currently available via Tesco Clubcard.

When they do become available, if you experience any issues when trying to book your tickets using your Tesco Clubcard Vouchers, please contact the Tesco Customer Service Team directly who will be happy to help:

Monday to Friday: 8am to 8pm and Saturday: 8am to 6pm.

When will my tickets arrive?accordian title

If you select an e-ticket you will immediately receive your tickets by email, which you can print straight away.

Alternatively if you opt for tickets to be sent by post, they should arrive no later than 2 weeks before the Show. 

If you book within one week of the Show, you will need to collect tickets from the Box Office at the Show entrance, or select an e-ticket.

Are there any discounts on group bookings?accordian title

Groups of 10 or more get discounted tickets based on the size of the group, and benefit from FREE organiser tickets too. A group starts from just 10 people. Visit our Groups Tickets page for more information. 

Can I bring a school group?accordian title

There is no dedicated Schools Day at the BBC Good Food Show Winter 2021. However, if a school group wishes to attend this will be by application only. Please contact the See Tickets Groups Box Office on [email protected]

Is there a parenting room?accordian title

Yes, there is a parenting room available daily for visitors with babies, for changing, quiet time and food heating.

Is there parking at The NEC?accordian title

The NEC has numerous car parks that are more broadly categorised into North, East, South and West with over 20,000 onsite parking spaces. On your arrival at the NEC, traffic officers will direct you to the most convenient parking area for your event, however being such a large site with a number of entrances, it is recommended that you refer to The NEC Site Map before your arrival to avoid adding time to your journey. The NEC is well sign-posted from the M6 (J4), the M42 (J6), the A45, A446 & M1.

Save money by pre-paying in advance. We strongly advise to book pre-paid parking in advance of the Show (up until the night before the Show opens) to secure the best rates at £12, as on the day parking will be charged at £16 (prices subject to change). For more information and to book pre-paid parking click here. If you choose to pay on the day, tickets can be purchased from ticket machines during your visit and presented at the exit of the car park when you leave.

Disabled parking for any vehicles displaying a blue badge is available and situated close to the halls for easy access. Both standard and disabled pre-paid parking is available. 

Shuttle buses operate between the car parks and the Show.

How do I get a Showguide?accordian title

Complimentary Showguides will be available on the day at the info points, subject to availability. 

Are dogs permitted to the Show? accordian title

Unfortunately dogs are not permitted to the Show, with the exception of Guide or Assistance Dogs.

Can I bring my own food and drink to the Show?accordian title

Yes you can bring your own food and drink to the Show, however there are many restaurants and vendors we would love you to try instead!

Is there anywhere to store my shopping bags? accordian title

Yes we have an NEC Cloakroom (charged) and a Shop & Drop area (suggested charity donation) at the Show.

What happens in the event of an emergency on site?accordian title

In the event of a medical emergency please notify a member of security or any member of the BBC Good Food Show team who will be pleased to help you. Alternatively contact the medical centre on 2222 using the internal telephone situated at the entrance to each hall.
