Are events going ahead in 2021?
We‌ ‌are‌ ‌confident‌ ‌that‌ ‌all planned events for 2021 will now go ahead, however the schedule will constantly be reviewed and events will only proceed  if‌ ‌the‌ ‌prevailing‌ ‌situation‌ ‌in‌ ‌the‌ ‌UK‌ ‌is‌ ‌deemed‌ ‌safe‌ ‌by‌ ‌the‌ ‌government’s‌ ‌Chief‌ ‌Medical‌ ‌Officer‌ ‌and‌ ‌all‌ ‌necessary‌ ‌safety‌ ‌protocols‌ ‌are‌ ‌in‌ ‌place‌ ‌at‌ ‌the‌ ‌event.‌ ‌

I don’t feel safe attending an event I have booked for in 2021, can I get a refund?
Our events will ‌only‌ ‌take‌ ‌place‌ in 2021 ‌if‌ ‌the‌ ‌prevailing‌ ‌situation‌ ‌in‌ ‌the‌ ‌UK‌ ‌is‌ ‌deemed‌ ‌safe‌ ‌by‌ ‌the‌ ‌government’s‌ ‌Chief‌ ‌Medical‌ ‌Officer‌ ‌and‌ ‌all‌ ‌necessary‌ ‌safety‌ ‌protocols‌ ‌are‌ ‌in‌ ‌place‌ ‌at‌ ‌the‌ ‌event.

If‌ ‌we‌ ‌have‌ ‌to‌ ‌postpone‌ ‌or‌ ‌cancel‌ ‌an event ‌you‌ ‌will‌ ‌be‌ ‌entitled‌ ‌to‌ ‌a‌ ‌refund or to transfer your ticket to a future event if you choose.‌ ‌Until‌ ‌then,‌ ‌as‌ ‌per‌ ‌ticket‌ ‌terms‌ ‌and‌ ‌conditions,‌ ‌we’re‌ ‌currently‌ ‌unable‌ ‌to‌ ‌offer‌ ‌refunds‌ ‌other‌ ‌than‌ ‌for‌ ‌cancellation‌ ‌or‌ ‌significant‌ ‌alteration‌ ‌of‌ ‌our events.‌

What happens if an event I have booked for is unable to take place in 2021?
Ticket‌ ‌holders‌ ‌will‌ ‌have‌ ‌the‌ ‌option‌ ‌to‌ ‌roll‌ ‌over‌ ‌their‌ ‌tickets‌ ‌to‌ ‌2022,‌ ‌or‌ ‌receive‌ ‌a‌ ‌full‌ ‌refund‌.
