Are events going ahead in 2021?
We‌ ‌are‌ ‌confident‌ ‌that‌ ‌all planned events for 2021 will now go ahead, however the schedule will constantly be reviewed and events will only proceed  if‌ ‌the‌ ‌prevailing‌ ‌situation‌ ‌in‌ ‌the‌ ‌UK‌ ‌is‌ ‌deemed‌ ‌safe‌ ‌by‌ ‌the‌ ‌government’s‌ ‌Chief‌ ‌Medical‌ ‌Officer‌ ‌and‌ ‌all‌ ‌necessary‌ ‌safety‌ ‌protocols‌ ‌are‌ ‌in‌ ‌place‌ ‌at‌ ‌the‌ ‌event.‌ ‌

I don’t feel safe attending an event I have booked for in 2021, can I get a refund?
Our events will ‌only‌ ‌take‌ ‌place‌ in 2021 ‌if‌ ‌the‌ ‌prevailing‌ ‌situation‌ ‌in‌ ‌the‌ ‌UK‌ ‌is‌ ‌deemed‌ ‌safe‌ ‌by‌ ‌the‌ ‌government’s‌ ‌Chief‌ ‌Medical‌ ‌Officer‌ ‌and‌ ‌all‌ ‌necessary‌ ‌safety‌ ‌protocols‌ ‌are‌ ‌in‌ ‌place‌ ‌at‌ ‌the‌ ‌event.

Should circumstances dictate that we cannot run an event our Book with Confidence Promise means that you can transfer your ticket to a future event or receive a refund*. In the event that you are unable to attend due to any Covid-19 Government regulation or restriction that does not result in the cancellation of the event and introduced after the purchase date of 17/09/2021 e.g. vaccine passports, your ticket will be transferred to a future event, and cannot be refunded after the purchase.

*Refunds exclude transaction fee and See Refund Protection cost, where purchased.

Ticket‌ ‌holders‌ ‌will‌ ‌have‌ ‌the‌ ‌option‌ ‌to‌ ‌roll‌ ‌over‌ ‌their‌ ‌tickets‌ ‌to‌ ‌2022,‌ ‌or‌ ‌receive‌ ‌a‌ ‌full‌ ‌refund‌.
