    Barney Desmazery shows you how to make perfect sourdough and can answer all your sourdough questions. You’ll leave with your very own sourdough starter and ball of dough to bake at home or turn into sourdough pizza.

    Macaron Basics with Liberty Mendez

    Liberty Mendez will share the secret to getting perfectly shaped macarons, every time. You’ll also learn how to add different flavours, which combinations work well and how-to carry-on experimenting at home.

    Nice to Meat You with RC Group’s Head Chef, Roberto Costa

    Head Chef Roberto Costa will share his expertise on Italian produce; talking you through the different cuts of meat and where they are found. Piedmontese Fassona is one of the finest meats in the world and this workshop will teach you how to prepare the perfect Italian Steak Tartare 'Battuta all'Albese.’ Best of all, you can take your finished product away with you to enjoy for your lunch at the Show!

    Italian Focaccia Expertise with RC Group’s Head Chef, Roberto Costa

    Learn how to make the perfect Ligurian Focaccia with the finest Italian ingredients used by Head Chef, Roberto Costa in his restaurants.

    This focaccia is a classic of the Italian late season, one of the best-known leavened products in Italy and most appreciated across the world. In this workshop, you will be shown all the vital phases of dough preparation and the right leavening time, using authentic Italian techniques. You’ll leave with your very own dough to take home, cook and enjoy!

    Tom Surgey - Cocktail Hour

    Tom Surgey will be drawing on the inspiration from his early years at London’s The Ivy Club, where he was fortunate to work with and see the creation of some of London’s most exciting cocktails at the time. He has chosen and will be performing masterclasses on two perfect Christmas cocktails, tried and tested on many an occasion (!), that are easy to re-create at home.

    Not so naughty sweet treats
    Sweet treats but with a healthy twist! 
    Join this workshop with BANT registered nutritionist Eva Humphries and learn how to turn an avocado into a super tasty chocolate mousse.
    The little ones will also be making energy-boosting snack bites using a few, good for you, natural, ingredients.

    Egg'tastic lunch box and a dippy eggs workshop
    Can you tell the difference between an egg, quail egg and duck egg?
    Join this session by BANT registered nutritionist Eva Humphries for a fun, fact-filled, workshop all about eggs.
    Get the kids involved to put together an egg'tastic' lunchbox, assembling flavour-packed dips to dunk eggs into and possibly having a race. 
    Will you be crowned the egg champion?
