Health food guru Melissa is a kitchen pioneer and author of new fresh and imaginative cookbook Eat Happy. She’ll be sharing ideas for healthy and delicious dishes in the Summer Kitchen on Saturday 16 June.
Lap-Fai is a cult hero of the Birmingham food scene, making his name through his eclectic pop-ups, masterclasses and imaginative menu curation. See Lap-Fai on the BBC Good Food Stage on Thursday 14 June.
Nisha is a dedicated curry evangelist and founder of Mowgli Street Food. She aims to take the grind out of curry creation - you'll be able to discover more on the BBC Good Food Stage and Summer Kitchen on Saturday 16 June.
Dr Rupy is the NHS GP author of 'The Doctor's Kitchen' project and cookbook. He'll be creating delicious recipes and talking about the amazing clinical research behind the ingredients. See Dr Rupy in the Summer Kitchen on Sunday 17 June.
