Previous to joining Thermomix / Vorwerk, I worked as a chef around Bray and London, in kitchens such as The Fat Duck and Noble Rot. Japanese cuisine is definitely my favourite to cook at home, but my number one dish to eat would be a classic cacio e pepe.
