Helena Busiakiewicz

See Helena cooking live on the Summer Kitchen and hosting BBC Good Food Workshops on Thursday 15 & Friday 16 June at the BBC Good Food Show Summer 2023. 

Helena manages the Good Food test kitchen where she oversees all the recipe testing for the magazine and website as well writing and developing her own. Before coming to Good Food, Helena trained as a chef, worked in restaurants, taught cooking in prisons, and worked as a home economist and food stylist including a stint backstage our Big Kitchen Theatre.
