Katy will be hosting Fabulous Food Find Tasting at the Summer Workshops feature each day at the BBC Good Food Show Summer 2024.
Katy is an expert in artisan and speciality food; championing outstanding small and independent food and drink producers, brands and start-ups. She is a food writer and consultant, with work in BBC Good Food and Olive Magazines. She regularly judges for The Quality Food Awards, Great Taste Awards and the BBC Good Food Taste Tests. She curates the Food Champions area at the BBC Good Food Shows where you’ll find lots of Fabulous food and drink producers.
She has hosted various stages at the shows and has interviewed top chefs like Mary Berry, Paul Hollywood and The Hairy Bikers live on stage.
Katy left London to return to a seaside life in North Norfolk with her young children. She is a keen home cook, having grown up in her family’s pubs and restaurants, and loves eating out, cookery programmes and cookbooks, and visits lots of food markets and festivals.As well as hosting the Fabulous Food Finds Tasting Theatre at the Show, she also curates our Food Champions area.
