Matt Adlard

Matt Adlard is a self-taught baker and pastry chef who has risen to become one of the UK’s most-followed food personalities. Matt takes a humorous & honest approach to baking, showing the trials and tribulations of his baking journey with his audience. Despite no training, Matt has mastered the likes of cakes, pastry and bread and has become renowned for his colourful designs and creativity. He now runs his own online baking school, Bake It Better, where he teaches his students the tips, tricks and recipes to becoming skilled & confident bakers. 

With over 1.5 million followers across his social accounts, Matt boasts a highly engaged audience of 18-34 year-olds, with a strong following in the UK, US & Australia. 

 As well as his social footprint, Matt also works closely with Food Network US, having developed his own online digital series as well as being a regular judge on their TV series ‘Chopped’, ‘Food Network Challenge’ & ‘Christmas Cookie Challenge’. Matt has been featured across the BBC & Channel 4, most recently being a judge for the prime-time BBC Show ‘The Jubilee Pudding’ alongside Mary Berry.
