All tickets include a seat in the Big Kitchen excluding Any One Day Tickets and tickets purchased through a third party website.
Please call the Box office and explain you require disabled or special assistance seating and they will be able to ensure this is arranged. The Ticket Factory can be contacted on 0800 640 5001. Lines are open from 9am-7pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am-5pm (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays). Hard of hearing callers are required to use the Text Talk programme at time of booking, if required.
If you need to bring a companion, assistant or guider with you to the Show to maximise your enjoyment, then that carer will be admitted free of charge. Please make this clear to the Box Office when you book your tickets - they will be happy to help! Please call 0800 640 5001. Lines are open from 9am-7pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am-5pm (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).
Prior to the Show you are only able to book one seat in the Big Kitchen, however when arriving at the Show please ask the Box Office about availability.

The admin fee is charged per order, not related to the number of tickets purchased. Admin fees are not applicable to orders of only additional ‘add-ons’, such as theatre sessions added to your booking at a later date.
The admin fee contributes to the cost of delivering the tickets, whether it is through the post, electronically or collecting at the venue. The admin fee also contributes to other operational costs and overheads associated with ticket fulfilment e.g. ticket stock administration and inventory control, ticket stock/stationery, collection facilities and postage and/or packaging costs.
Whilst we endeavour to allow everybody to have their book signed, we cannot guarantee you will have your copy signed if not purchased from the Show. Check each Show website for timetables and more information.
Yes you can bring your own food and drink to the Show, however there are many restaurant and vendors we would love you to try instead! Check each Show website for full exhibitor lists.
We have an NEC Cloakroom (charged) and a Shop & Drop area (suggested charity donation) at the Shows. Process from the Shop & Drop will be donated to our chosen charity. Please check specific Show pages for more details.

We are delighted to be running an event at the NEC where sustainability is at the heart of everything they do.
As one of the UK's leading exhibition venues, the NEC want to limit the impact of their presence on the environment. They have developed NEC sustain - an all encompassing sustainability programme that's constantly growing and adapting to meet the needs of our changing world. Whether they're looking at energy, waste or food miles, the NEC want to limit the impact of their presence on the environment.
