Disabled Visitors

Companions are admitted for FREEaccordian title

If you need to bring a companion, assistant or guider with you to the Festival to maximise your enjoyment, then that carer will be admitted free of charge. Please make this clear to the Box Office when you book your tickets - they will be happy to help!

Assistance Dogsaccordian title

Guide, assistance and hearing dogs are admitted into the Festival.

Feast Kitchen seats for disabled visitors and wheelchair users accordian title

All disabled visitors attending the Feast Kitchen are advised to inform the Box Office operators at the time of booking tickets if they require a wheelchair space, or have any special requirements. They will also help you find the most convenient seating for visually impaired visitors. The Box Office will also have details of the days and times of demonstrations with sign language interpreters. Please note that all ticket sales are allocated on a first come first served basis. Please call the Box Office on 0844 338 0358.

Sign Language Interpreted Sessionsaccordian title

There will be signed sessions throughout the show in our main theatres and stages. Please refer to the individual theatre timetables, where they will be clearly marked with ‘S’ for your information once available.

Induction loops are fitted to Ticket sales points, and some Show feature demonstration areas. For more information of sign language interpreted sessions in the theatres please see the individual timetables.

Wheelchair accessaccordian title

The event takes place on the grass in the dry moat at the Tower of London. If you are a wheelchair user, please make yourself known to the stewards on arrival who will bring you through to the Festival through the Middle Tower. 

Unfortunately wheelchair hire is not available.
