What are the opening and closing times for the Festival?accordian title

Friday 11am – 8pm (Evening ticket 4 – 8pm)
Saturday 10.30am – 6.30pm
Sunday 10.30am – 5.30pm

How much are tickets for Feast?accordian title

Standard Adult advance tickets are £18 (£20 Sat). For full ticket prices, please click here to see ticket information.

I have lost my tickets what do I do?accordian title

You can contact The Ticket Factory by filling in the form here or by calling them on 0333 300 3010.

Please have ready the email address or name you booked under or your order number if you have it.

What is the fulfilment fee and when does it apply?accordian title

The fulfilment fee is charged per order, not related to the number of tickets purchased. Fulfilment fees are not applicable to orders of only additional ‘add-ons’, such as theatre sessions added to your booking at a later date.

The fulfilment fee contributes to the cost of delivering the tickets, whether it is through the post, electronically or collecting at the venue. The fulfilment fee also contributes to other operational costs and overheads associated with ticket fulfilment e.g. ticket stock administration and inventory control, ticket stock/stationery, collection facilities and postage and/or packaging costs.

Do you have special rates for children?accordian title

Children aged 0 – 5 are free every day and do not need a tickets. Children aged 6-17 pay the child rate of £10.00.

Family tickets - up to 2 adults and 2 children are also available.

Is there an age limit to enter Feast?accordian title

Under 18s are admitted to the Festival, accompanied by an adult. In accordance with the law, visitors aged under 18 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drink products or knives. It is the attending adult’s responsibility to ensure visitors aged under 18 are aware and comply with these laws for the duration of their visit to the Festival.

Does my ticket include a seat in the Feast Kitchen?accordian title

Tickets are not included, add theatre seats to see celebrity chefs and experts cooking live in the Feast Kitchen for £4 - simply add to your booking at the end of the booking process. If you already have entry tickets and want to add Feast Kitchn tickets, then click on the link here.

If I am a disabled visitor or need special assistance in the Feast Kitchen, how can I get in touch? accordian title

Feast Kitchen seating is available for disabled visitors or visitors with special requirements. Visitors should book these theatre seats by calling the Box Office to ensure the best possible seating arrangements. Please call the Box Office and explain you require disabled or special assistance seating and they will be able to ensure this is arranged. The Ticket Factory can be contacted on 0800 640 5001 Lines are open from 9am to 7pm Monday - Friday & 9am to 5pm weekends & bank holidays.

Can I book more than one Feast Kitchen seat? accordian title

Prior to the Festival you are only able to book one Feast Kitchen seat, however when arriving at the Show please ask the Box Office about last minute availability for £4 a seat.

I am registered disabled, do I get a concessionary ticket?accordian title

Any visitor who is registered disabled is able to claim a free ticket for a carer to accompany them to the Festival. If you call the Box Office on 0800 640 5001, this can be arranged for you. Unfortunately you are unable to do this online.

When will my tickets arrive?accordian title

If you selected a print at home ticket you should receive these by email straight away. If you opt for tickets to be sent by post, they should arrive no later than 2 weeks before the Festival. If you book within 1 week of the Festival, you must select Print at Home tickets.

Are there any discounts on group bookings?accordian title

Groups of eight or more get discounted tickets based on the size of the group, and benefit from FREE organiser tickets too. A group starts from just 8 people. Click for more information about group visits or call 0800 358 0058.

Can I bring a school group?accordian title

School groups are not permitted at the Festival, on any day. Please note, if group tickets are purchased for a school they will be turned away on arrival at the Festival.

Can I purchase tickets on the day?accordian title

Yes. Tickets are available on the door, but do cost more than advance tickets. To avoid disappointment and to get the best choice of Feast Kitchen seats book in advance – and it’s cheaper! Feast Kicthen seats are subject to availability on the day. Click here to book.

How do I get there?accordian title

Is there parking?accordian title

There is no parking at the Tower of London. The nearest coach and car park is situated on Lower Thames Street and is a 2 minute walk to the main entrance.

The car park has both lift and stairs. Pedestrian walkways are clearly marked and show the direction of exit to the Tower of London and pay machines.

Disabled provision: there are several clearly marked bays.

Car and coach parking

The closest car and coach park is managed by Apcoa Parking UK Ltd.

Is there a crèche facility?accordian title

There is no crèche facility at the Festival.

Is there wheelchair hire available?accordian title

Unfortunately wheelchair hire is not available.

The event takes place on the grass in the dry moat at the Tower of London. If you are a wheelchair user, please make yourself known to the stewards on arrival who will bring you through to the Festival through the Middle Tower.

How do I get a Showguide?accordian title

Showguides are available on the day only, and are free of charge.

Are dogs permitted to the Festival? accordian title

Unfortunately dogs are not permitted to the Festival, with the exception of Guide or Assistance Dogs. Please let us know in advance if you wish to bring a guide dog with you so we can make sure your animal is catered for.

Can I bring my own book to get it signed by the chefs?accordian title

We highly advise you purchase your books onsite at the event to ensure they get signed.

Are buggies and push chairs allowed at this event?accordian title

Yes they are allowed in the Moat for this event, however please note parts of the Tower are not pushchair friendly due to the cobbled ground.

Can I bring my own food and drink to the Festival?accordian title

Yes you can bring your own food and drink to the Festival, however there are many stalls and vendors we would love you to try instead!

Do tickets include entry to the Tower?accordian title

Please note - tickets do not include entry to the Tower. Limited tickets will be available to upgrade on the day of your visit for just £10 (HRP members can get discounted tickets at £8). Upgrade tickets cannot be purchased in advance.
