The masters at Le Cordon Bleu will be offering a series of Cuisine and Patisserie hands-on workshops every day at the festival. Pick up new skills and techniques and have fun as the experts share their secrets. There are 24 spaces in each session. Workshops are 45 minutes and priced at £8. Children's classes last 30 minutes and cost £5.

Across the globe Le Cordon Bleu has had many notable alumni such as Julia Child, Mary Berry, Peggy Porschen and Yotam Ottolenghi. Other more recent alumni to note have included Adria Wu, Rachel Khoo, Tess Ward and John Whaite.
Standard sessions are suitable for anyone over the age of 15. Petit Cordon Bleu sessions suitable for ages 7-13 but must be accompanied by an adult. Accompanying adults do not require a ticket.
Workshop - Celery and green apple salmon tartare, corn and hazelnut. Knife skills Techniques, combination of flavours, seasoning.
Workshop - Ispahan Rose Tartlet - A light lemon cream encased in a crisp buttery tart shell, topped with fresh raspberries and crystallised rose petals.
Decorative cookies – They will get creative and learned pipping techniques using royal icing and other decorative elements.
Hosted by Ayseli Izmen, an alumna of Le Cordon Bleu Diploma in Wine Gastronomy and Management. Ayseli is wine educator and specialist in Turkish wines who will be presenting a Masterclass on the Origins of Wine with a tasting of 5 wines coming from Turkey, Lebanon, Greece and Georgia.
