What are the opening and closing times for the Festival?accordian title

How much are tickets for Feast?accordian title

Standard Adult advance tickets are £15.90.

Late night shopping tickets available for just £5, entry from 4pm-7pm on Friday and Saturday only. For full ticket prices, please click here to see click here to see ticket information.

I have lost my tickets what do I do?accordian title

You can contact The Ticket Factory by filling in the form here or by calling them on 0333 300 3010.

Please have ready the email address or name you booked under or your order number if you have it.

What is the fulfilment fee and when does it apply?accordian title

The fulfilment fee is charged per order, not related to the number of tickets purchased. Fulfilment fees are not applicable to orders of only additional ‘add-ons’, such as theatre sessions added to your booking at a later date.

The fulfilment fee contributes to the cost of delivering the tickets, whether it is through the post, electronically or collecting at the venue. The fulfilment fee also contributes to other operational costs and overheads associated with ticket fulfilment e.g. ticket stock administration and inventory control, ticket stock/stationery, collection facilities and postage and/or packaging costs.

Do you have special rates for children?accordian title

Children aged 0 – 4 are free every day. Children aged 5 – 15 are charged at the child rate (£8).

Is there an age limit to enter FEAST?accordian title

Under 18s are admitted to the Festival, accompanied by an adult. In accordance with the law, visitors aged under 18 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drink products or knives. It is the attending adult’s responsibility to ensure visitors aged under 18 are aware and comply with these laws for the duration of their visit to the Festival.

Does my ticket include a seat in the FEAST Kitchen? accordian title

Tickets do not include a seat in the FEAST Kitchen. However all sessions are free of charge and will be on a first come first served basis. Click here to see the timetable. 

If I am a disabled visitor or need special assistance in the Feast Kitchen, how can I get in touch?accordian title

There will be limited disabled seating available in the FEAST Kitchen, please speak to the stewards on the day and they’ll arrange the best possible seating arrangements. 

Can I attend more than one FEAST Kitchen seat? accordian title

You are welcome to sit in as many FEAST Kitchen sessions, but please note the sessions are on a first come first served basis.

I am registered disabled, do I get a concessionary ticket?accordian title

Any visitor who is registered disabled is able to claim a free ticket for a carer to accompany them to the Festival. If you call the Box Office on 0800 640 5001, this can be arranged for you. Unfortunately you are unable to do this online.

When will my tickets arrive?accordian title

If you selected a print at home ticket you should receive these by email straight away. If you opt for tickets to be sent by post, they should arrive no later than 2 weeks before the Festival. If you book within 1 week of the Festival, you must select Print at Home tickets.

Are there any discounts on group bookings?accordian title

Available for groups of 15 or more. Please book direct with the palace or call 0844 482 7770 (from UK)

Can I bring a school group?accordian title

School groups are not permitted at the Festival, on any day. Please note, if group tickets are purchased for a school they will be turned away on arrival at the Festival.

Can I purchase tickets on the day?accordian title

Yes. Tickets are available on the door, but do cost more than advance tickets. To avoid disappointment book in advance – and it’s cheaper!

Is there parking?accordian title

On the day parking:

Limited parking is available on the day at the palace at a current cost of £1.60 per hour (pay on exit) and at £1.50 per hour on Hampton Court Green. Parking is also available at Hampton Court train station, 200 metres from the palace (please check at the station for prices).

The palace car park has nine disabled parking spaces for blue badge holders. They are available on a first come first served basis and are in the lower car park, near the entrance to the Welcome Centre. Parking is currently free for blue badge holders parked in the disabled bays.

 

Is there a crèche facility?accordian title

There is no crèche facility at the Festival.

Is there wheelchair hire available?accordian title

Hampton Court Palace is an historic building and, therefore, has uneven surfaces. They recommend that wheelchair users bring their own wheelchair for comfort and ease.

A limited number of manual wheelchairs are available for use within the palace. Wheelchairs are available on a first come, first served basis and cannot be booked in advance.

They also have a powered wheelchair - a 'manual' wheelchair that is powered by a battery pack - which is operated by volunteer guides who take users on dedicated tours. This service must be pre-booked and there is a charge of £4 for each two hours of hire. Book and more information

How do I get a Showguide?accordian title

Showguides are available on the day and are free of charge.

Is there anywhere to store my shopping bags?accordian title

There are some left luggage lockers off Clock Court. They can hold hand baggage and a small rucksack or overnight bag as they are 45cms wide x 45cms deep. One set are 55cms high and the other set are 40cms high. A £1 coin is required to use them, which will be returned after use. Large bags or suitcases may be left at your own risk in the Warders Office by the West Gate. Please speak to the warders when you present your ticket if you would like to use this facility. This facility may be withdrawn without notice.

Are dogs permitted to the Festival? accordian title

Unfortunately dogs are not permitted to the Festival, with the exception of Guide or Assistance Dogs. Please let us know in advance if you wish to bring a guide dog with you so we can make sure your animal is catered for.

Can I bring my own food and drink to the Festival?accordian title

Yes you can bring your own food and drink to the Festival, however there are many stalls and vendors we would love you to try instead!

• BRING CASH - there are no cashpoints at the palace and some producers don’t accept cards, so be sure to bring enough cash with you!

• WRAP UP - All of the festival will be outside, so make sure you dress for the winter weather.
