Under 18s are admitted to the Festival accompanied by an adult.

In accordance with the law, visitors aged under 18 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drink products or knives. It is the attending adult’s responsibility to ensure visitors aged under 18 are aware and comply with these laws for the duration of their visit to the Show.

To help visitors enjoy the VIP package, no under 18’s are permitted to attend the Show as VIPs.

All disabled visitors attending the BBC Good Food Festival are advised to inform the Box Office operators at the time of booking tickets if they require a wheelchair space, or have any special requirements. They will also help you find the most convenient seating for visually impaired visitors and will have details of the days and times of demonstrations with sign language interpreters. Please note that all ticket sales are allocated on a first come first serve basis. Please also note all tickets for disabled visitors come with one free carer ticket. These carer tickets can be added for free at checkout.

Please call  0844 995 9654 and a member of the team will be happy to help!

Any visitor who is registered disabled is able to claim a free ticket for a carer to accompany them to the Festival. Carer tickets can be added at the time of your booking. When making your booking simply add an essential carer ticket on for each of the visitors with registered accesibility requirements. Please bring proof of eligibility with you to show on arrival such as a Blue Badge, Freedom Pass, DLA letter or PIP letter.

A carer ticket accompanying a VIP ticket holder will not receive all of the extra benefits in the VIP package. However carers who require the full package will pay a reduced rate.

You will immediately receive your e-tickets by email, which you can print straight away. Any issues with your tickets, such as not receiving them via email, please contact See tickets directly using their customer service portal, here.

Groups of 10 or more get discounted tickets based on the size of the group, and benefit from FREE organiser tickets too. A group starts from just 10 people.
