#MeetTheStars Making his way to the Italian Kitchen, sponsored by @ITATradeAgency, today we are delighted to introduce the fantastic @chef_giovanni_santoro 👨‍🍳

Born in 1983 in Linguaglossa, Italy, Giovanni has had a passion for cooking since he was a child. Thanks to his mother and grandmother that were always cooking typical Sicilian food, he prepares his dishes in a authentic Italian way, packing intense flavours.

Working at the 1 star Michelin Shalai Resort restaurant on the slopes of Etna in Linguaglossa, he received the Stella Michelin award in 2015. Fusing Sicilian flavours, he started to collaborate with Myda cooking school in 2017 and is going to be one of the Masters of the next editions of their Chef Professional Training programme.
