Thanks to his mother and grandmother that were always cooking typical Sicilian food, he prepares his dishes in a authentic Italian way, packing intense flavours.   Working at the 1 star Michelin Shalai Resort restaurant on the slopes of Etna in Linguaglossa, he received the Stella Michelin award in 2015.
