Calling all drinks enthusiasts, it’s time to get tasting! Sip your way through one our drinks masterclasses at this year’s show.

12pm – 12.30pm – Inspiring Late-Summer Serves
Tom introduces you to three of his favourite mixed serves, each perfect for this time of year. Get hands on and create your own drinks from a range of premium, artisanal spirits. Includes Double Dutch mixers, In The Loop Vermouth, John Paul Jones Rum and Brighton Gin
1pm – 1.30pm – New Generation English Wines – includes cocktail making
Taste Fitz and Artelium with Tom. Two very modern, cutting-edge local wineries. Then, create a twist on a classic sparkling cocktail, with Brighton Gin.
2pm – 2.30pm – Perfect Late-Summer Wines with Louis Latour Agencies
From sparkling, through white and red. Taste five great wines for the season with Tom

4pm – 4.30pm – MOTH Drinks Cocktail Session – Good, Better, Best
Tom introduces you to three of MOTH’s canned cocktails; Mojito, Margarita and Espresso Martini. Get hands on using these as a base to create two of your own additional cocktails; a Lagerita and a Vegan White Russian using Oatly Custard
