There’s just a day to go now before the egg hunts begin, and if you’re looking for inspiration on what to serve up (besides chocolate) this Easter, we’ve got you covered! Why not go classic with a potted seafood starter, followed by a tasty main from chefs James Martin and Ainsley Harriott? Then finish things off with a cute carrot cake from the BBC Good Food Magazine Team, perfect with a cuppa. Herb-crusted leg of lamb with red wine gravy by James Martin
If you’re heading down the traditional Easter lunch route, then James Martin’s leg of lamb is the perfect recipe to try! The breadcrumb coating made with parsley, mint, rosemary and garlic surely makes it a cut above the rest; it’s guaranteed to feed a crowd.
