It’s their mission to make Yorkshire food and drink the consumers first choice by respecting tradition, encouraging innovation and celebrating great taste. So if you’re looking for talented artisan producers, well stocked farm shops and diverse delis all committed to using the best local produce, then be sure to stop by this market.

Here's a taste of some of the exhibitors you can find in this area...

Lottie Shaws

Proud bakers for more than a hundred years and spanning three generations, Lottie Shaw’s bake a range of award winning products using recipes handed down the family from generation to generation. Their award winning products, including the now iconic Seriously Good Yorkshire Parkin are sold throughout the country in farm shops, delis and online, in their distinctive kraft and burgundy packaging.

Masons Yorkshire Gin

Hailing from the pretty North Yorkshire market town of Bedale, Masons Yorkshire Gin is the creation of husband and wife team Karl and Cathy Mason who created the businesses based on their love of a Friday night G & T. Distilled in small 200 litre batches using Harrogate Spring Water and just the right balance of secret botanicals, each bottle bears its own hand written batch and bottle number and is available in original as well as York Tea and Yorkshire Lavender editions.

Pucketts Pickles

Drawing on her family’s seafaring heritage and the exotic spices they brought back from their travels, Sarah Puckett’s range of bright and zingy pickles put a new spin on the more sludgy traditional offerings. Wholesomely natural and gloriously colourful, Sarah combines seasonal produce with bright fresh herbs and rich whole spices to create her stand out range.  Nothing tickles like a Puckett’s Pickle!

Gordon Rhodes

Gordon Rhodes was an intrepid traveller who loved exploring the globe in search of exotic tastes and flavours. He returned to Yorkshire full of Eastern promise – as well as with pockets full of herbs and spices and has since supplied the food industry with a diverse range of aromatic and flavoursome recipes. The award winning Bradford based company now make an array of sauce mixes, stuffings and rubs as well as a popular gluten free range.

Bringing his skills back to North Yorkshire he began a microbrewery to test his concoctions before turning BAD Co. into a fully operational brewery. Now based at premises in Dishforth the Bad Co team began to make their range of award winning beers for local bars, pubs and restaurants before expanding. They now have the capacity to bottle 2,800 bottles of BAD Co. beer every hour and are available both online and at independent retailers throughout the UK.
