Sloe Gin Pomegranate Fizz

Ingredients
50ml sloe gin
40ml pomegranate juice
15ml lemon juice
20ml sugar syrup
100ml Double Dutch cranberry & ginger tonic water
Method
- Place the sloe gin, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, sugar syrup and ice in a shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
- Strain into a highball glass and then top with Double Dutch cranberry & ginger tonic. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
