Kin Knives

When Tony Murland visited Japan in 1994 to source some woodworking tools, he did not expect to find the knifeware that he did. Shortly after a stand at the BBC Good Food Show was booked, and the rest is history. Kin sources products from small, handpicked Japanese manufacturers - sometimes individual craftsmen - who have given Kin exclusive use of their wares. Tony's daughter Harriet now runs the business alongside husband Zak, with Kin Boards their latest venture (think chopping boards, knife blocks and other handy kitchen items).
