Hosted by speciality food and drink expert Katy Truss, Fabulous Food Finds sessions are designed to introduce you to quality products with a real wow-factor.

The sessions this year include artisan Cheese Tastings, single-origin Coffee Sampling, PLUS, a very special festive edition of the popular Mystery Tasting. We can’t wait!

Fabulous Food Finds Timetable 2023

Thursday 23 November

10:30am – Coffee Tasting
Start your day with a Coffee kick in this educational, fun and delicious coffee tasting. You’ll explore the world of coffee; sampling and comparing freshly roasted, single-origin coffee from around the globe.

11:30am – Mystery Tasting
Blindfolds not required! In this surprise tasting session, you’ll be guided through a range of delicious and interesting artisan food and drink. There might be an exciting spice to elevate your cooking, a versatile condiment to take table talk to the next level, an indulgent handmade chocolate or a bake from one of our celebrity chefs; you’re sure to discover something new, irresistible and of course, fabulous!

1pm – Cheese Tasting –
Your host, artisan and speciality food expert, Katy Truss will take you through a guided tasting of some of the most interesting and delicious cheeses she can find. You’ll learn how to taste cheese and sample a range of cheeses while learning about the different styles and flavour profiles too.

2pm – Spices of the World
Take a tour of the world of spices and seasonings in this tasting experience hosted by Katy Truss of Fabulous Food Finds. She will introduce you to a range of incredible spices and seasonings from around the world; help you understand why they are so special and how to use them to elevate your cooking too.

3:15pm – Mystery Festive Tasting (Includes Alcohol)
This surprise tasting session will be focused on the festive season; think celebratory tipples, cheeseboard heroes, festive bakes and perfect gifts for foodies. You’ll be guided through a range of delicious, exciting samples by Katy Truss, artisan and speciality food expert, so you’re sure to discover something new, irresistible and of course, fabulous!

4:15pm – Chocolate Tasting
One for the chocoholics; Katy Truss will introduce you to one of the UK’s very best artisan chocolate makers, along with a guided tasting of chocolates from other makers too. Test your taste buds to guess flavours, discover the story and passion behind the brands and savour every bite of these exceptional chocolates.
