Gifflar is the brilliant bite from Sweden, irresistibly tasty cinnamon buns beautifully baked with a wonderfully delicious filling. They are traditionally eaten as part of Fika, the Swedish ritual of taking a break and spending time with family, friends or colleagues over a cup of coffee and something sweet to eat. Fika can happen anywhere: at home, at work or in the great outdoors. Gifflar is perfectly packed for sharing and with no mess and no crumbs, it’s ideal for eating anytime and anywhere from aldesko to alfresco!

Gifflar cinnamon buns are baked by Pågen, Sweden’s leading bakery which has been baking with love since its origins with husband and wife Anders and Matilda Påhlsson in 1878. Today Gifflar is baked using flour ground in our own mill near the bakery in Gothenburg, ensuring the best quality ingredients and supporting local farming and agriculture.
