After experimenting with intermittent fasting he realised the power it had to burn fat, boost energy and banish hunger pangs and developed the 2-Meal Day. Max uses his passion for real food alongside his experience as a competitive sprinter to teach people to train like athletes, enjoying simple, nutritious meals alongside HIIT and resistance workouts.
