Summer Kitchen
The Summer Kitchen is back and is the perfect place to go to if you’re looking to bring a bit of sunshine to your cooking. Hosted by Chris Bavin, take a seat in this free to attend theatre and discover a whole host of new recipes to brighten up your seasonal dishes, ready for a summer of entertaining.
Providing plenty of summer recipe inspiration, plus tips and tricks to enhance and be smart with your cooking, we have a fantastic line-up of chefs making their way to the Show including Ching-He Huang, Mike Reid, Shaun & Craig McAnuff and many more.
Expect to see some ace summer dishes being cooked live on stage, like Kwoklyn Wan‘s Stuffed, Braised Aubergine, Gennaro Contaldo‘s Potatoless Gnocchi and Dr Rupy Aujla‘s Sticky, Tangy Greens. All created with seasonality and reduction of food waste in mind.

Join Abel & Cole’s Recipe Writer, Jassy Davis, for a cooking demonstration all about one of the UK’s springtime stars, asparagus. She’ll be showing how to use every bit of this seasonal crop, turning your unused asparagus stalks into a deliciously nutty Genovese Pesto
Look out for HexClad on the Summer Kitchen as they will be joining us at the show for the first time this summer. Their hybrid cookware will be used by our chefs so you can learn tips and tricks from the professionals to elevate your cooking at home.
